  • All welds, enclosures, and protective coatings are carefully inspected before acceptance.
  • Every component is tested for accuracy and compliance against approved designs.
  • Internal workmanship is reviewed for neatness, accessibility, and safety.

Process & Certification

CEI’s manufacturing process is governed by our ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System, ensuring full traceability, repeatability, and continuous improvement in every switchboard delivered.

  • Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) tailored to project requirements.
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with witnessed testing available
  • Software Factory Acceptance Testing for PLC and SCADA-integrated panels
  • Quality Handover Checklists to verify completeness and conformance.
  • Full Compliance Dossier delivered with each board, including drawings, test results, datasheets, and Certificates of Electrical Safety.
